Ovation's Enchanted Occasions requests that services are schedules at least two weeks in advance. Accommodating services with less than two weeks notice maybe possible if requested character is available.
How To Request A Service
1) Submit a Service Request Form. * If for any reason a form won't submit please contact us via 970-690-8189 and we will help you over the phone.
2) Ovation's Enchanted Occasions will schedule a character performer and assistant if one is required for your service.
3) Within 24 hours after Service Request Form submission our Service Coordinator will call to finalize your service.
4) Pay deposit via Ovation Studio for the Performing Arts Venmo link.
5) Secure service!
*Depending on where your service is located clients maybe charged for character performers and assistants travel expenses.
